The book has a old school recipe vibe going for it when you open it. The pictures used are of quality and there are true recipes which follow with ingredients and instructions. What I do like about each one given, is there are tips presented as well as substitutions. This is super important to me because I don't always have the right ingredients at home or cannot get them where I live, so the substitutions come in handy. Nutritional information for each meal is given as well to help readers know their calories/protein/carbs, etc. Preparation and cooking time is at the beginning of each recipe to help the reader have an idea about time constraints. Overall it is a nice book to have on the Vegan level of eating quick and fast. Most people nowadays hate food preparation and cooking if they don't have to and eating a mug dinner seems nice, especially when you are on the go and wanting to keep your weight in check.
