Kevin has combined an array of personal works which hit different aspects of the horror/sci-fi/western genre. Inside this novel lies stories which hit on the rational gone bad. If you like a little sexiness mixed with insane other world aliens, he's gotcha. If you are into a western setting which deals with the paranormal, he's there for you. If you like side stories from classics like Alice in Wonderland, but with a twist toward the getting high with the Cheshire Cat, boom...he's nailed it.
This orgy filled novel takes you on a fun-filled ride that breaches topics like time-travel, existence in the afterlife, demonic risings, clown horror, holes in the earth filled with terroristic images, alien encounters, fantasy myths transcending reality, Greek Gods/myths, magic, lycans, people who fly, and so much more. The stories listed inside will stir the imagination while playing with your emotions. His stories entertain from: a comedic point, horror indoctrinated from some of our best writers, and just straight out weird areas of thought which engage our minds. If you like going to a buffet and sampling a little bit of everything, Kevin has you covered.
Mr. Candela makes good use of the English language by using an enjoyable display of vivid imagery within the lines of his works. You can almost see some of these characters come to life in your mind as you read along with the author. If you don't laugh or reflect on the craziness of a quick section you have read, you may need to go to the doctor and check your pulse. It is certainly worthy of a read.
