Don't make me use my Life Coach Voice: The Art and Science of Life Coaching for Newcomers

I've heard the term "life coach" many times from generally movie stars or famous career individuals on social media, internet, or magazines. Reading the novel I found some very interesting aspects to a life coach. If they are trained, they have different methods of deploying help to clients. Some use chakra, reiki, crystal healing or even hypnosis. (I'd like to try that last one actually. ) The book talks about the Laws of Attraction and how many coaches prescribe to that type of intuitive thinking. I thought life coaches were kind of like people who were some kind of side hustle therapy, but the book strongly informs the reader how it is not therapy. I found the varied coaching techniques really educational and comparing them to maybe my kind of learning I'd respond best to. I'd probably respond best to the Wheel of Life technique, but the Moonshot and TimeTravel were interesting possibilities I read about as well. The Eisenhower Matrix was very informative. To be fair there is a LOT more techniques in this book that sound really good as well. Obviously the point of understanding this topic is the need to change habits that are dragging us down the rabbit hole. Our pattern of behavior and the triggers which help cause it become a center of change for the better. Identifying these patterns will help us learn or try new patterns which are beneficial. Another cool aspect of the book is understanding how being a life coach can turn into a business. Like any business, it gives the reader a better understanding of how to create their own brand in this area. Overall, it is very cool and savvy topic to learn about. If you are interested in this topic, definitely recommend you read this very informative piece of literature.
