Building an Airbnb from the Ground Floor

My girlfriend and I will be retiring within the next six years and will be looking towards living more to the south during the colder months. With that being said, we thought about going the Airbnb route to make a little disposable income. We have the perfect set up, although we do live in a small, albeit historical town. What we don't know how to do is begin the process. Taxes, pitfalls, research, etc. This book covered it well from beginning to finish. We are using it as a guideline to preparing for our retirement and hopefully establishing something in the future!
